Inspired by my late grandfather, we called him "Grandpere", meaning "Grandfather" in French, who was an explorer, world traveler, surgeon and magician. He was my inspiration for my own fascination with travel and exploration. Often times, I would get lost in his treasure trove of a study, where he kept trinkets and relics from all of his expeditions across remote areas of the world. In the 1940-50s, Surgeons were taught sleight of hand skills to be better with their finger dexterity, something my Grandpere learned and employed overseas to bridge cultural and communicative divides.
For magicians, card players, or card collectors - These playing cards have been printed on the highest quality air cushion finish by the United States Playing Card Company and feature unique pips, Ace of Spades, vintage style back and front finish, unique back design, and custom court cards featuring famous explorers from the Golden Age of Exploration. Included are three Jokers resembling my Grandpere, Douglas Marchant, one of which has a unique revelation, (especially for magicians). Return Policies
Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
